Johann Gerard Sebastian
Gerard is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and vocalist based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, who has been actively writing and releasing music since 2016. A certified sound engineer from CMR University in Bangalore and a Grade 8 guitarist under Trinity College London, Gerard is a fully self-produced artist, creating, recording, mixing, and mastering all of his work from a bedroom studio.
Since releasing a debut single in 2017, Gerard has built a diverse catalogue that includes two full-length albumsAbout Last Night and Echoesalongside four singles that cross genres and experiment with style. Drawing influences from pop, rock, alternative, jazz, metal, neo-soul, prog, and lo-fi, Gerard crafts projects that are individually distinct yet consistently rooted in authenticity and musical curiosity.
Currently, Gerard is preparing the release of Slapback, the third in a planned series of seven stylistically unique albums. In parallel, he is developing a concept project titled Deception & The After-Party and advancing his academic journey with a forthcoming masters degree. Deeply personal and entirely self-built, Gerards music reflects both lived experiences and an uncompromising dedication to creative independence.
