Nareg Abajian is a composer, arranger, producer, pianist, and keyboardist whose music draws on the influences of Syria, Lebanon, and Armenia. Raised in Damascus, he has been active across the music scenes of the Levant and Europe, developing a distinctive voice as both a performer and creator.

Abajian fuses oriental Arabic and Armenian traditions with jazz, rock, and electronic music, producing genre-blending works that bridge cultures and styles. His arrangements and productions have supported a wide range of artists and ensembles, including Lena Chamamian, Ibrahim Kevo, Abeer Nehme, Noma Omran, the Syrian National Symphony Orchestra, NDR Big Band, and Dozan wa Awtar.

As a performer and collaborator, Abajian has worked with acclaimed conductors such as Wolfgang Diefenbach, Jose Antonio Molina, and Johannes Rahe, bringing his artistry to diverse international stages. His performance credits extend across Syria, the UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, France, Germany, and Switzerland, reflecting a career that continues to build bridges between traditions and contemporary innovation.
