Racem Dammak is a Tunisian conductor, composer, arranger, and violinist with an active career on both national and international stages. He has conducted the Tunisian Symphony Orchestra for major productions including Lettre au Paradis, Angham fi Dhikra, Waddouni, and the Nordo Show at the Carthage International Festival. His work also extends to cinema, where he created the string arrangements for the film The Night and the Day ( ????? ??????? ).
In 2021, Dammak won the Tunisian Song International Festival for his composition Le Destin, further establishing his reputation as a composer who skillfully combines Arabic musical heritage with contemporary symphonic approaches.
As concertmaster of the Tunisian Symphony Orchestra, Dammak continues to perform widely while also leading workshops in conducting, arranging, and violin. Through these educational initiatives, he shares his expertise with the next generation of musicians, contributing to the development of Tunisias cultural and musical landscape.
